Could you add the ability to sort the template order (my personal templates). I use different templates in different clinics and it would be great to be able to manually sort them or add a number to sort by number/name instead of just in the order they were created. It would also be great if we could set the default list of templates to our own list ("mine"). When I start a scribe with one template, then switch to another one, the default list on the web app and phone apps is "popular" and always defaults to this. thank you!

In addition to the request to pre-chart the same day, there are two current issues with the pre-chart feature that causes frustration: Filter daily appointments by provider I'm a member of a clinic with three associated providers using Scribeberry integrated into Accuro. For creating/associating individual scribes with an appointment, it automatically filters to just my appointments. However the appointment list on the pre-scribe menu shows all visits for all providers, requiring me to manually go through and only select my visits, which takes time Inconsistent EMR import If I use pre-chart day to create an appointment, some encounter notes, custom bands, documents etc. are assigned, but not medications. However if I immediately use the "Patient Appointments" button at the top next to the template menu to re-assign the exact same appointment, Scribeberry pulls in more encounter notes and documents as well as properly pulls in medications. Note that medications is properly selected on the pre-chart day menu, so there is a problem at some point in the process. The ideal solution would be for the pre-chart day function to follow the same integration preferences as associating individual scribes and appointments. Fix scribe template association Currently, there is a bug when creating a scribe via the pre-chart day function where it says it assigns the default scribe template, however it isn't actually assigned, and requires selecting a different template and then reselecting the default template if the default template is desired. Please fix so the default template is properly assigned.

Android App is needed, iOS has an app now so please make one for Android phones. Tried the browser version on Android and it is difficult to navigate, buttons are overlapped and recordings are often lost. We need a native Android App please. Thanks

Precharting only allows choosing a day in the future. I would like to be able to prechart the whole day in the morning of current day as well

I would like to be able to decrease the font size on headings in templates. When I transfer the note into my EMR, it looks sloppy and unprofessional as the heading size is so large. This is very important to me. Thank you.

There are issues with custom band integrations. If you begin your note / transcription and there is no inputted items in the custom bands, the option to pull the bands information dissapears. (i.e if medications are not inputted into the custom bands before the transcription starts, then I cannot later try to pull medications into the note from the accuro bands). It would be good if we could refresh the bands after we finish recording the encounter; Additionally, it does not pull information from custom bands properly; for instance I have a custom band in Accuro called Family History - it will pull that into the patient's past medical history; you should be able to organize the custom bands into appropriate note headings

I am a psychiatrist and sometimes I want to coordinate the care with patient's family doctor or other providers. Is there a way you could create a platform for sending messages to other doctors if we have their fax numbers?

It would be great to be able to be able to ask the AI about a guideline, or to clarify what was said in the transcript (e.g. Remind me of the range of motion I performed at the beginning) but within the visit without stopping the recording.
