Often it confuses the physician with the patient - ie If I tell them the xray was normal , states the patient states xray normal. One way around this is not to assign ownership ie xray is normal. I have tried to put this into instructions and not consistent. However if I add instruction after note is done it works. Can we default this or have prograam recognize instructions more consistently
