Create list of to-dos from encounter
Scribeberry

I imagine one can get around this issue by pasting a secondary prompt after note generation. Sometimes the secondary prompt (saved in a text file) can even be drafted and edited by another LLM like ChatGPT for maximal fidelity and accuracy to prompt instructions. Of course, the secondary prompt is generalized and does not contain any specific identifying information, e.g. "Please create a bullet point list of to-do items for the physician that has been either 1. completed by the physician, or 2. deferred by the patient, or 3. offered by the physician but declined by the patient" --> feed this quote into ChatGPT or equivalent LLM model for translation into a language format that LLMs in general can understand to maximize fidelity of output. Of course, this can increase work after initial prompt generation, but if you open multiple tabs of Scribeberry, you can paste the secondary prompt en masse (like 10-15 SOAP notes at a time). Just a thought. Please ignore my musings if they aren't really helpful. Thanks.
